dysfunctional elves (in vyshyvankas (in valinor)) sketches
maglor and maedhros
caranthir, celegorm and curufin ft huan
aaand amrod and amras (designs by @heathcliffgirl2002 because they're amazing)
so, feanorians in ukrainian embroidered shirts, I put in this more thoughts then I probably should have, so some fun facts
the main parts of embroidery is their names, in ukrainian embroidery you can encrypt words, dates, even family trees into patterns and this thing was so interesting to me that I encrypted feanorians names in embroidery
also these names are not their sindarin names, they're mother-names (aka amilessë) because it's very common symbol in ukrainian culture "a mother embroiders a shirt for her child as a protecting charm" especially before said child going to the long adventure and i feel some sad parallels about noldors adventure to the middle-earth
also amrad and amras's mother names are the same, so on their shirts there are two different varieties of "writing" the same name

It took me a while to paint a Maglor I was satisfied with, but I'm pretty happy with the result <:

PS: I appreciate that my elves (especially the Noldor) are not very flashy - they have no circlets, or jewels, or shiny robes. This is because I'm trying to focus more on the basic features, and the lovely viewers can imagine all the extras they like <: Think of paper dolls, but 2D 🙈

Overnight stay for the Noldor
So, the following are participating in the fierce mix-up: Finrod, Fingon, Maitimo and Maglor (who was promised a cultural viewing of “La-La Land”) But in the end, instead of a calm (if this is possible in such company) evening, Maitimo and Fingon decided to start fights without rules, Finrod could not help but participate😅 And by the way, a small note. In conversations and posts, I use elf names in Sindarin, they sound and spell better, with the exception of “Maitimo” I just like it 😊

Ok, guys, I have so many problems and Feanorians are clearly one of them…
Anyway, more warm-up doodles, this time with Maedhros’ brothers (I have a soft spot for them, so soft that in fact you can say it’s gooey…)
So, from top to bottom, Celegorm with puppy!Huan (I love dogs, Huan is a giant dog, how could I resist adding him to a Celegorm-related doodle?!), modern!Maglor (I like the idea of Maglor wandering and wandering and wandering some more through the ages…), Curvo (the subject were his hands with some crappy splendidly designed rings, and then the blood just appeared…), baby!Ambarussa (yes, I have another problem with twins and babies) and, last but not least, a sleeping Moryo Once again, refs from Pinterest/Google.
