I love our teachers’ classes @fluiddance. Every weekend I have the opportunity to exchange ideas with fellow dance educators, teaching artists, & choreographers like @_flexylexy—who is inspiring dancers to free themselves from the false sense of perfection created by social media.
Her challenge is a great reminder to trust:
“One take, no redos or edits; an improv video—just you, the music, and whatever happens.”

For almost a decade, I’ve had the opportunity to explore and create @lacslife alongside the talented students at (Relativity/Studio School/Hussian), now AMDA DTLA, all thanks to my @michelleloucadoux and @kristin.deiss for inviting me and keeping me in this magical space. The two of you continue to inspire me.
I’m grateful that I get to do what I love, collaborating with a new generation of artists who are all building a solid foundation to thrive as leaders and art makers.
Yesterday, during Choreography III we transitioned outside to explore perspective, shape, and space with downtown LA as our backdrop.
