please... this game... i might combust. i can't get over arthur's damn near immediate fondness for albert mason 😭♥️ like, the first few meetings he's just kinda surprised & amused by this foolish city boy, but then... oooooh, but then... by the time you find albert trying to get himself eaten by alligators in the swamp, arthur (quite literally) marches right up to him & ushers them both into the dinky rowboat. it's so fucking casual how he says "don't worry, i'll protect you" meanwhile, albert's scrambling into the boat behind him, confused & practically swooning (full on hearts in his eyes). i repeat: arthur has ZERO HESITATION. i live & die by charthur but PLEASE. i can only take so much!!!!
