A tight iliopsoas and QL will compress the spine when they become tight! If both are on one side tighter than on the other it will compress on the same side of the spine and damaging the joints on that side + squeezing the disc to the opposite direction. . In the video you can see a simple and common exercise that, when combining with an active posterior pelvic tilt, will perfectly stretch the hip flexor in the front of the hip! . You can combine the stretch with a side bend to stretch some of the oblique and lower back (QL). .

Hold each side for 1-2 minutes and don’t stop breathing!
