It's probably a stupid question but we can only edit the Template on DropBox?
Hello there!
As far as I know, it's not possible to edit the template directly on DropBox. Additionally, as long as you don't have the rights from the owner of the file, you can't do anything with the file aside from viewing or downloading it.
When you open the download link, there is a button on the top left side that says "Download". (DropBox is in a different language for me but it should at least have the same layout.)
After you download the psd file, you can either open and edit it in Photoshop, or in Photopea (a free browser based program that has the same functions as Photoshop.)

Hi! I love love love your compact ship template and I’m so excited to see you made a 3-person one! Would it be okay with you if I added a 4th and/or 5th person for some of my bigger polyships? I know you said in your terms of use that we could move modules around but not to use it as a base so just want to make sure I wouldn’t be crossing that boundary. I wouldn’t change anything else except maybe figuring out a way to make the stats switches work for 4-5 people (probably like a plus-sign shape with the fifth person in the middle). Totally understandable if that’s not chill with you, I just wanted to check before doing!

You are definitely allowed to do that! The "don't use as a base" means that people are not allowed to use the modules I made (from scratch) and put them in their own template/edits and claim them as their own work.
As long as you give credit, everything should be fine! So, feel free to edit it to your liking and add more characters to it! 💜

Hi! I have a bit of a stupid question, I’m not able to add the statistics at the bottom of the ship template? How would I go about doing that?
Not a stupid question at all, don't worry!
The statistics are in the "BOTTOM" folder (1)
The "Text" section (2) is turned on by default, turn off the visibility of the folder by clicking the eye icon on the left
and then go to the "Stats" folder (3) and turn the visibility on by clicking the empty box on the left. Then you can choose between Version 1, Version 2, or Version 3!
This works for Photoshop and Photopea!

hi! idk if you take suggestions, but would you consider making a ship template suitable for three characters based on your compact ship one? it'd be cool since there are none of those in the tags and i'd love to see some for ot3s

I had a question about one of your ship sheets!!

It says we can't use it as a base. Is it ok if we rearrange the modules and stuff? I just kinda experimented with moving some of the modules around to create a sheet for just one person. I was going to continue with it, but wasn't sure if that counted as using it as a base or something.

You are allowed to move the modules around as you please. However, when I say don't use it as a base, by that I mean don't make a different template out of it by using my work as the base for that. This includes taking the template and turning it into something else. This is a ship template and I'd like for it to be used as such. Changing it into a single-character edit removes its original purpose, which is something I don't want.
tldr; Please use this template for ships only.

Hello there, thank you for asking! A simple link back to the original post would be more than enough. People usually put the link behind the word [ template ] or a simple [ x ], etc. But the format is completely up to you, of course!
