What's your daily beauty routine and what products do you use? You have great skin!

Thanks!! I've used so many products over the years and it's a constant rotation, but here's the regimen for the last couple years.

I'm terrible with taking my makeup off. Lazy person's solution? Those makeup remover wipes. I like the ones Dove makes. They're gentle and have little exfoliators on them, and it has a mild scent.

For face wash I use B. Kamins Maple Creamy Cleanser or my trusty alternate since high school, Clean & Clear Morning Burst (it really does help wake your face up!) I follow that up with a toner/astringent. La Roche Posay's Effaclar is my fav, or try Clean & Clear's oil-free one.

I'm not too picky when it comes to moisturizers, but right now I'm using Cetaphil with SPF 15. My sister, on the other hand, uses a moisturizer with SPF 55, and I'm starting to think she's on to something.

I’m obsessed with La Prairie. I’ve been hooked since freshman year of college. I use their Cellular Revitalizing Eye Gel twice a day, morning and night. It gets rid of puffy eyes and dark circles from nights of extensive partying, crying and finals cramming. Plus, it tingles. After that sets for a few minutes, I dab on some of their Cellular Eye Contour Cream…mostly because it feels so damn good.

 So there you have it. The whole thing exposed. Happy skin-caring :) 

Jeff and I have been working on some music lately, and due to our mutual love of Sam Cooke's "Bring It On Home to Me" we decided to put this lil guy together. I think it's such a great song because it's heartfelt and honest, but not necessarily one of those songs that makes you want to cry. 

We've got some more stuff coming down the pipe, so stay tuned.

Wow, thank you so much. I absolutely adore her as well and have something in the works. The problem is choosing a song! I've got it narrowed down to a few so hopefully posting something very soon!

When did you become Marilynn?

It's all a work-in-progress. But I guess I became a little more solidified and secure in who I am over the last year or two. It's hard when you feel like you're searching for yourself and who you'll truly be, but with a little self-reflection and resilience, you wake up one day and just feel a little stronger.

How did u spend the 31st?

Well, the original plan went awry, so I went to New York and stayed with one of my best friends. She had a little party and we went to Sway. So much fun. I'd never really had a great NYE til then, so it was much-needed and definitely one for the books. 

The holiday season mostly has us all preoccupied with finding the perfect present for everyone on our list – and let's face it, significant others are always the most difficult and most stressful. Will they like it? Will they use it? Is it not personal enough? Is it too cheesy? What is this present saying about how I feel about this person?  Mingia! It's enough to make your head spin. 

So yes, this guide was essentially created for proposals (not what I'm going for here), but guys and gals take note. Even if you're not proposing, nor live in any of these cities, it may inspire you to put on the romance in your own unique way. You know, in case that photo collage won't cut it again this year...

i know. i didn't quit, but took a little hiatus from performing. i have 760135 ideas for covers but haven't gotten to actually practice anything to the point of perfection. hopefully something soon(ish)!

I mean, I can't say I'm surprised. But their early collections were so promising.
