Ok here’s another fun hypothetical scenario:
You’re on the auction house when by chance you see a dragon listed for 1 gem. You quickly snipe it, not even fully aware of what it is (bc hey, cheap fodder).
Upon inspection, the dragon turns out to be the very dragon of your dreams. Whatever it is, breed, colors, genes, etc, this is That dragon. However, shortly thereafter, you get a PM from the previous owner. They listed their dragon by accident, and want it back!
#Id definitely ask for some sort of compromise#If we could breed a child from it and one of us gets the baby thatd be preferred#BUT if I start putting genes on it THEN you ask? No.#But if I were to get it for 1g and it seems like a mistake I'd probaby reach out before letting myself get attached

I also like to talk about my toys! They are 30+ aethers and none of them are in trench coats. I have learned I'm not a g1 girly, but I support y'all so much. Yay! Toy Dragons! Dragon friends!
sometimes I browse drama blogs just to remind myself that there are people out there who take this game so so seriously and comparatively I'm doing fine actually.

Since there will be no lore canon for the new breed, I propose we all write headcanons for their origin.
We will accept anything and debate about it as though it came from staff. If we could find a breed through OSHA violations, anything goes.
