The Pixel System
Pepi (She/Her)
Carmen (It/He)
Hara (She/He)
Hydra (They/Xe)
Tria (It/Its)
Panagiotis (They/Them)
Soren (He/Him)
Based on the Pixel virus family
A system of malreapers, one body running multiple software. Collectively keen on making friends (and themselves known), it is a rare occurrence for a malreaper not to have at the very least heard of them. Despite their combined abilities, they're a low risk target, and they're not willing to become a higher one anytime soon.
Each member has their own likes and dislikes. Pepi is energetic and adventurous. Carmen is quiet and reclusive. Hara has a love for the arts, especially pottery. Hydra and Tria are the duo of mischief, and they often front together. Panagiotis is agreeable and kind. Soren has a habit of pissing people off with his attempts to chase them away.

Cesar Dyer (Crypt)
He/It
Based on the WannaCry ransomware
MD's younger sibling with a double life of his own. Crypt seems to hold a strong grudge against humanity, one that he is insistent they need to pay for. His job is a means for just that: high stakes kidnappings of important and powerful figures,
Despite its aggressive nature, Crypt has strict rules of who it goes after. Children and old people are out of the conversation before it even begins, and it sees no use in going after people who it knows can't pay its ransom. Although they have contradicting views, Crypt and MD are in no way enemies.

Faust Marsh
It/Its
Based on the Fractureiser malware
Quick witted and always working for its own benefit, Faust has made its identity as a malreaper clear since the moment it was released to the world. Unwilling to conform and much happier doing its own thing, Faust has a tendency to sabotage other malreapers' work as a mockery to them hiding their nature.
A lover of videogames, Faust encountered an abandoned arcade and got to make friends with Yarah. It has enough control over its powers to be able to protect itself from him, and it seems determined to succeed in getting him out of his shell, and then the arcade.

Finley Lozano
She/Un
Based on the PH33R virus
The other Lozano twin, Finley is energetic and carries her heart on her sleeve. Never shy with her emotions and opinions, she can be a bit much for anyone dealing with her. That is never a problem for her twin, Niko, however.
Un is another hitman for TechnicOut, and un takes uns job quite seriously. Un's a fast runner and an even better shooter, but lacks in close combat, which is where Niko comes in. They each balance out the other's weaknesses, and they never take a job separately.

Niko Lozano
He/Xe
Based on the Nuclear virus
One part of a pair of twin malreapers, Niko is unofficially the oldest. After the death of their caretaker, he became fiercely independent in an attempt to take care of his sister, Finley, and both ended up as hitmen for TechnicOut to make a living.
Niko is quiet, yet incredibly protective over Finley at every turn. Having to mature too fast for xer liking ended up with xem losing any semblance of a childhood, one that xe yearn for, although xe would never admit it to anyone. Especially not Finley.

Yarah Brennan
He/She/Xe
Based on Mad Virus A
One of the youngest malreapers of the bunch, Yarah was taken in under Gordon's protection to grow up amongst humanity. A curious but caring person, Yarah's urge to help anyone ended up spelling his demise, as his identity was revealed to a cold, uncaring public that tried to take steps to "fix him".
Now in hiding in an old, abandoned arcade, Yarah struggles to keep her grip on reality and her abilities. Her attempts to help people and play with them lead to death more often than even she would want. Those events have evolved into a steady fear, and she's too afraid to return home in case her father ends up in the same fate.

Malachi Dyer (MD/Doom)
It/She
Based on the MyDoom worm
A waiter in the same club as Melissa. MD is a quiet individual, keeping to its business more often than not. It works to keep the small place up, and has developed a friendship with Melissa that has ended up with it seeing her like a daughter.
Under the secret identity of Doom, she is also the most feared hitman TechnicOut has to offer. A silent killer that has not missed once, she carries the highest kill count in the company with big difference from the second. MD is insistent on leading a double life, up until the two collide, and she's forced to make a choice of which one she values more.

Maxwell (Max) Morris
He/Un
Based on the Morris worm
One of TechnicOut's only employees to know the company's true purpose, Max has reached the status of Employee of the Month multiple times. Smart and composed, he knows when to talk and when to keep silent, which has gotten Bon-Bon to view him as a valuable asset.
Although never involved in the hitman business unself, Max knows a lot more than un lets on. Un is happy working quietly as a software developer, despite Leah's constant attempts to bring un down, a task that's practically impossible with un being Bon-Bon's favourite.

Rhea
They/She
Based on the Reaper antivirus
A.M.I.'s second successful project, at the cost of binding them to Chester. Rhea's work is a little different than the usual hitman, in regards to the fact that they only take requests from A.M.I. themselves. They're loyal to their creators to a fault, no matter what they might be told.
Her current mission has her hunting down Chester, a task that won't be completed until the malreaper is dead. Rhea is aware this would result to her own demise as well, but such are her orders, and she's not one to back down from them. Even for her childhood friend and lover.

Chester
She/It
Based on the Creeper worm
The first successful malreaper. Chester is the first of A.M.I.'s subjects to reach a level of humanity that deemed her a success. Unhappy with the treatment she was receiving from the company, and even further after learning she was never going to be let free and released, unlike other malreapers, her explosive revenge led her to being wanted dead by the A.M.I.
A practical embodiment of mischief, it seems a lot less dangerous than A.M.I. calls it out to be, but it is not to be underestimated. Its system was accidentally connected to the second successful attempt; a malreaper named Rhea, that makes any injuries happening between them become shared.
