Because building healthier habits will make it easier for your body and mind to manage and cope with your symptoms - even if they can't make them disappear! A cure isn't the only way to feel better and progress is possible even when you can't expect to make a full recovery. Don't get stuck thinking that anything below finding a cure is a waste of time cause it isn't.
