Bastien bit into his slice of pizza before he comprehended what Dr. Lillihammer had said. "He what?"

Hey see you like SCP, what’s your favorite skip? (Guessing by your response to a different ask your favorite GOI is Church of the Broken God, but if not what’s your favorite GOI as well?)

I'm actually not sure what my favorite skip is- there's so many I like and have read, it's hard to pick! And there are some I end up thinkng about more than others sometimes, so there is that.
I think all I can say there is that it just depends, sometimes? Though, actually, regarding the 8000s I do really, really love the 8kon entry now occupying the SCP 8140 slot. It is incredible.
As for the GOI question- while I do love the Church of the Broken God, I've always been drawn more to Sarkicism, actually. Or well, Nalka if you want to be lore accurate lol. I read the hub after following the 035/049 to Alagadda pipeline and just fell in love honestly.
There are other groups I like a bunch as well, and I need to read up more on them again, but basically two of the big ones currently are Cotbg and the Sarkic Cults.
I've been into scp for a long time now, reading the wiki and whatnot, but it's not until somewhat recently that I've been so active fandom wise lol. It is fun. I like it here. I've met some really cool people and they are nice.

Containment: ANM-080-A along with the other 14 paintings are all contained in a large room measuring 20m by 2m, and 4 meters in height. While all the other 14 paintings are scattered throughout the room, ANM-080-A is located near the end of it, covered by a cloth and placed on a wooden easel. No one should remove the cloth from the painting, including staring at the painting for extended periods, which is strictly prohibited.
ANM-080-B appears to remain contained within the painting. Tests may be conducted with Dr. Moon's permission and using test subjects (prisoners).
It is also strictly prohibited for depressed individuals to come into contact with or work with the anomaly. ANM-080-C and its whereabouts are unknown.
Description: ANM-080 is a set of 15 paintings (including ANM-080-A), whose author is unknown but nicknamed "Mr. Pierre," indicating a possible origin from the Renaissance period. All paintings were found and recovered in a gallery in Italy, [REMOVED], near an old rural village. The gallery was closed and destroyed, but all paintings were taken to the organization. Tests were conducted regarding the macabre origin of the paintings until ANM-080-A was discovered. The gallery where everything was recovered was the subject of numerous legends and stories about the place and its owner. The place had not been visited for years, and even the police refused to close or seal off the gallery.
Reports and the history of the place said that a mysterious painter had recently moved to the village (in 1472), along with him, some people also began to disappear, most of whom were people who were going to move or travel. The painter, at the same time, had started to paint his paintings, which were said by the people who saw him as "macabre, disgusting, disgusting," among other words. In total, about 16 people disappeared, later it was discovered that the painter was using the blood and other bodily fluids of the victims as paint for his paintings, later being executed in public square, his last words; "I curse everyone who steps on my gallery, may the deepest of evils take hold of my creations!"

All paintings are the same size, 3x4 format, on wooden easels. The first painting shows an albino horse, its eyes are red and in an unknown form, shiny, when a light is directed at the painting, the shine disappears, when the painting is seen in the dark, it is almost possible to observe entrails falling from the horse's mouth, it seems to be chewing. Below is the signature of the author, it seems to be backwards, yet it is impossible to understand it, there is also the name of the painting, "Cavallo dell'Ade."
- The second painting shows a large tree in a dark and dead pasture, the tree is completely red, later it was discovered that the tree is made of human flesh, veins replace the roots, the leaves are human eyes. "L'albero."
- The third painting shows a well, red tentacles are coming out of the well, when the painting is observed in the dark, a sensation of something "pulling you" is felt. "Il pozzo."
- The fourth painting shows a 7-month-old fetus hanging by an umbilical cord in the center of an empty and dark room, where the light focuses only on the hanged fetus. This painting tends to attract several flies, if we let it, the painting is completely consumed by the flies. "La lezione."
- The fifth painting shows a black man in white clothes, the individual is decapitated, apparently being a slave. "La vittima."
- The sixth painting shows Jesus Christ on the cross of Calvary, his body completely dissected and naked, it is possible to observe his exposed ribs, crows are devouring his eyes. "Il diavolo."
- The seventh painting shows thousands of ants under the body of an exterminator, they are devouring his body, which is in a cadaveric state. This painting tends to attract several ants to it, although it is not known how they appear, even with the sterilized environment. "Lezione Due."
- The eighth painting shows the skeleton of what appeared to be a pregnant woman, since there is a second small skeleton inside her belly. "Inutile."
- The ninth painting shows several bloody human teeth in a sink. "Denti sporchi."
- The tenth painting depicts a pale man, tired look, the individual wears only black clothes, in addition to a black top hat. Visible dark circles, it is difficult to notice more facial features due to the shadow over the face. "La morte."
- The twelfth painting shows a semi-canine and anthropomorphic creature holding a dead baby in its arms, the thing is around a black mantle, worms come out of its empty eyes, the creature seems to be 3 meters tall. "Depressione."
- The thirteenth painting is destroyed.
- The fourteenth painting appears to be a copy of Van Gogh's painting "The Scream," showing a tall creature also wrapped in a black mantle, a huge mouth full of teeth, forming a smile. Its claws are long, thin body. "Il pulitore."
ANM-080-A (fifteenth painting) does not have a standard appearance, the painting on the canvas always changes depending on who is looking at it, as soon as someone starts to observe the painting for long periods, they will start to become insane, the painting shows the worst fear or trauma of whoever sees it, apparently also altering the environment, making the person observe the painting for as long as possible, and if it exceeds 2 minutes, the victim will kill themselves with whatever is nearby, usually banging their head forcefully against something pointed or hard. After this, ANM-080-B, the same creature from the fourteenth painting, exits the painting, grabbing the dead body of the individual and carrying it back into the painting.
ANM-080 has a different effect for depressed individuals or those suffering from derived mental illnesses, such as schizophrenia. ANM-080-C, the same creature from the twelfth painting, tends to randomly pursue these people, usually within a radius of up to 20km, or when in the same room as ANM-080-A. The creature is seen only by its victim, who is usually accompanied by the creature at all times. Test subjects reported phrases like "end your suffering," "kill yourself," "this will be better for you and everyone," "we don't need you anymore, no one needs you anymore," said by creature 080-C, in addition to a muffled laugh and constant whimpering. From this, within a period of up to 1 month, ANM-080-C can lead the individual to commit suicide, or lead the subject to the painting, making them visualize it and also commit suicide, then being taken by 080-B. If the first event occurs, the entity will feed on the individual's body. The entity seems to prefer victims who are pregnant women, where it ends up devouring their babies or fetuses.
Four test subjects were placed in front of the painting, three of them being men and one woman, followed by notes on what happened to each one and what they saw:
The female prisoner remembered her baby, which had been aborted, she saw a 9-month-old fetus without parts of its body. She killed herself by continuously cutting her wrists.
One of the prisoners remembered one of his crimes, he saw the face of a woman, [DATA REDACTED]. The individual killed himself by breaking his own neck.
The next prisoner remembered a trauma. He saw the face of his assailant in the painting. The individual committed suicide after a few hours in his cell. ANM-080-C took the body of the individual to ANM-080-A.
The last prisoner had a heart attack as soon as he looked at the painting.
