Lucky Catalan😍
When I was a very young at age 10 to 12, I was a kind of chubby boy.
Then at 15 my body changed and I became very thin .
I started gym at 22, now I’m 33.
Initially 2 times a week .. Then with the COVID I started like crazy doing exercises at home with the assistance of a coach in you tube.
I bought weights and gym equipment and spent whole days doing exercises. After a small slip last November in which I had gained 6 kilos I got back in shape .. the result? there it is.
