Gev, I am an intersectional feminist, social democrat, cis woman from Montreal, Quebec, 30-something trying to do something with my life, and a never ending list of interests and things to do.
This is a personal multifandom blog. I had a lot of ambitions for this blog. But like everything in life, I mostly give up half way through and it ends up being whatever it is. Expect a lot of babbling, 'metaing', liveblogs and any other form of talking to myself, it's a compulsion. - In a Moon Knight hyperfixation right now.
.
Interests: international politics, history, linguistic, languages (both real and fictional), sociology and culture studies, feminism and gender and equality studies, travel, science! Spaaaace, cinema, literature, doooogs, psychology. I know half as I'd like in any of those subject, because the array just grow and I have no self discipline and I am on this damned website.
Languages I speak: French (native language), English, Spanish, some Italian, basic Chinese. Languages I'd like to learn: too many to list. In the fictional languages Vulcan and Khuzdul are my favorites. Sadly some aren't developed enough, and there isn't any Gallifreyan.
I'm also a world building addict, and have created many along the years. If any are curious about them, I might talk about them here eventually.

The lifespan of my obsessions are from 2 to 7 months, but then they get stored into my heart never to be forgotten. So if I get into a fandom you don't know/like, hang on there it won't last that long. But they also tend to come back like a cycle.
Current liveblog: none
Current fandom: MCU in general and Moon Knight in particular.
I think a lot of slasher horror gets stuck in a rut because the monsters are only moderately Catholic. Like, ooh, you're cutting people up for entry-level sexual immorality – how edgy. I want to see a monster that cuts people up for something that's only a sin in one specific early 4th Century heresy, and half the movie is taken up with the protagonists trying to figure out what it's even mad about.
However, I just spent 5 bucks to release a popcorn treat through the live chat for a whole flock of chickens on the other side of the world in a different hemisphere, and I got to watch them enjoy it live.
