what nicknames do you give your mags?
Many. I have a list on my computer of, like, 700+ potential nicknames for Mags. But the ones that I tend to use most often are:
Naming them after Trainers who use the Magnemite line (Surge, Wattson, Clemont, etc.)
Naming them after Trainers whose names remind me of Magnemite (Nema, Nemona, Mitsumi, etc.)
Adding a suffix to part of its name (Mitan, Magler, Magnessa, etc.)
"Deputy" and "Sheriff" as a reference to Officer Magnezone and Magnemite from the PMD games
One that I often use for Magnezone specifically is Sonar. I dunno why, it's just something I started doing a long time ago and it feels right.
