PORTFOLIO CHECKLIST AND SELF ASSESSMENT

PREFACE / OVERALL REFLECTION

Mhay Maglasang is a grade 12 HUMSS student, in the section of Rousseau. Making this portfolio is a requirement that needed to be passed because if not the student will fail. Scrolled through the gallery and gathered all the old photos from the past activities that could be used. Looking all through the photos, the past lessons just came back and remembered. The sole purpose of this portfolio is that to identify if a student learned from what they studied about before.

PERSONAL VISION OF GOALS

10 years from now I think I would be selling my art work if i followed my dream to be an artist but if not an artist I would be a teacher, teaching students what I also have learned.

I haven't achieve anything yet because I'm still just a student but i think personally is that I will be graduating this year and professionally is that I can now do different kinds of art that i have been dreaming of.

First of all to make these dreams and aspirations happen is to finish my studies first and find a job that suites my dream to be an artist.

Introduction to World Religions and Beliefs Systems was also one of our subjects when we were just grade 11 students. I don't remember much but we did a reporting in this subject and each one should explain the religion and the beliefs that were assigned to each of the group. I was happy because the religion that we got is about Roman Catholic.

Philippine, Politics and Governance (PPG) was our subject at the first semester. The lessons were about how the people in the government works, and what are their roles. This makes me understand about what are the leaders doing to our government and what are the classifications to be one of the elected leaders.

Discipline and Ideas in the Social Sciences (DISS) is one of our subject back when we were grade 11. One thing I remember that we did was about doing an infomercial. What we did was that we had a little and short roleplay and afterwards we explained what we did. The infomercial was about how people interact and socialize to other people and the society that they are in and how the environment affects the minds of people that they are living in.

Creative Writing was also one of our subject from the first semester. As I could remember it was about stories, poems, play at a theater and parodies to a song. I like this subject because it makes me really think and imagine scenarios that i can apply and write on my activities.

From one of our first semester subject Discipline and Ideas of the Applied Social Sciences (DIASS). As what I remember from the lesson it's about counseling. Base on what I understand counseling is about helping and guiding people on how to handle things in life. At the second photo if I could remember I think it is about how we communicate with other people, and on how we approach them.

For the subject culminating activity this is my favourite performance task. Most teenager are more into social media, and this is perfect for us. Some may not like this way of activities but i prefer this because of our situation. Its more organized doing activities like this.

On the subject PEH4 is my favourite. Its benefits me because while doing an exercise I'm also doing my school activities. Multitasking is my thing now mostly every time because we are homeschooling. Doing chores while answering the activities.

On the Creative Nonfiction subject this is the hardest for me. I'm not good at writing stories but i did my best on this activity. I don't know if the teacher will like this.

On the subject Culture, Community Engagement, Solidarity and Citizenship (CESC) this was the activity that I think that i did well. I loved to read, before this activity their was a case study titled "Safe water of amata village". I understand the situation well on the given case study thats why i answered this activity easily.

On our Filipino subject this one of the activities that I liked. It encourages us to be a better students specially when expressing our thoughts on social media

This is my favourite activity so far in Trends, Networking, and Critical Thinking (TNCT) subject. It letting me express on what i want and feel about climate change.
