I understand your opinion on some of these horror games lacking creativity and just being copycats. However, some ppl see Amanda the adventurer as an exploration of child exploitation, especially black children. In the game lore, the game is based on the show created by Sam Holton and he made his adoptive daughter, the star. However, once the company, Hameln Entertainment , purchased the show, Sam Holton disappeared, leaving Rebecca at the hands of the company who only care about profits. The company did something with ties to demons that cause Rebecca to merge with the demons and become Amanda and become stuck in the game. People had seen Amanda’s behavior as a trauma response to being in the game for so long and that Wooly might be the bad guy who’s trying to gaslight Amanda to just playing along and pretend nothing is wrong. I’m like how black peoole are taking over horror.
That's all cool and all, but I'm still not getting into Horror; show me something unique and different, then maybe I'll consider it. But nice try, though.
Really goes to show how the public doesn't give a shit about Mascot Horror, unless if it's to pervert childhood memories and traumatize children for no reason other than to be edgy; I highly doubt that people wouldn't give attention to Amanda the Adventurer if it didn't looked like a Dora-expy, which it's honestly really sad in my opinion.
Also, isn't the demonic posession/soul trapping trick kinda old by now? Like how ghosts of dead children are trapped inside the Fazbear Pizzeria animatronics? Cool motive, still cliché.

Have you read Marcy’s journal? It’s implied that Anne reunited with the Plantar family and everyone on Amphibia.
No, I haven't. I'm too poor and unemployed to afford my hobbies. And I'm not even sure if the book can be found on Brazil.
Evidence or it didn't happened (though I'm assuming this happens after her death, which it's honestly messed up).

That's cool and all, but such a shame to reveal this information off-screen, isn't it? Feels like damage control to me, just so we don't get our heads wrapped around the frustration of the Calamity Trio not being able to reunite with the amphibians on-screen.
Why couldn't they do a post-credits scene, though? If they could do a scene where Anne reunites with the Guardian (I know that was a deleted scene, but still), then why couldn't they do the portal one?

When i learned belos is witch hunter, i imagined philip trying to "exorcise" witches, holding cross and splashing holy water while shouting "the power of christ compels you" while witches are looked unimpressed thinking "Is this guy being serious?" And i thought this imagery is funny
Disney wouldn't allow this, but considering how Dana was physically attacked by a nun back in catholic school, I wouldn't be surprised if that was the vibe she and her staff were aiming for.
And now I know why my mom is scared stiff of catholic schools IRL and would never sign me and my brother up for one back in high school.

So I finally decided to draw my Hex oc/self insert thingy!
Her name is Tansy (her name means immortality) and she’s a roller derby magical girl! She had her own game that was made by Carla but ended up being used as a character in Combat Arena X.
The thing beside her is her moji mascot because all magical girls have mascots. His name is Darcy the Destroyer of Worlds. They’re both extremely chaotic and often enable each other’s violent behavior.
She’s snarky and loves to fight, often gets carried away. She’s on no one’s side and just does whatever she wants for the sake of it. Although she does like pissing Irving off and fighting him because she considers him a “fun and worthy opponent.”

Which sailor mars do you prefer? Reserved, elegant one from manga or fiery hotheaded one from 90s anime?
The elegant one from the manga. I'd love the 90's anime a whole lot more if she weren't so unnecessarily mean to Sailor Moon, who's also, like, the fucking princess she has sworn to protect.
And the fact her seiyuu, Michie Tomizawa, has performed in Housekeeping Hamster Ebichu, doesn't help one bit.
She was Ebichu's master/owner, and would often mistreat her pet. Ebichu herself was voiced by Kotono Mitsuishi, Usagi's seiyuu.
Welp. The mental image isn't a good one. Sorry.

To shake off my artist's block, I've recently done a little caricature of my bat familiar Ecco! And I am really proud of the final result:
Aren't they cute? Just don't compare them to Kyuubey or Venalita, though; they'll get very upset about it.
Next time I'll try doing an emotion chart for them to improve and diversify my drawing skills a bit more.
