By this point in time, I would imagine the seafolk are used to the sound of vehicle engines, though there will be some irritation on all their parts if they're stuck around that noise for too long. They won't have meltdowns like their house pet au versions but they will be kind of snippy. Eventually I would imagine Floyd would demand to learn how to drive, Azul shushes him because he's getting too excited but then would also ask to learn such a skill, which leads to Jade also jumping on that ship. They might fight over who gets the passenger's seat.

I would imagine that Vil would add in little knickknacks in the car over time. Just small little things like hanging up herbs he's gathered on the mirror to dry, a rather pretty bumper sticker just to be a little silly, but also makes sure to have a emergency first aid kit stored under the seat just in case. Probably got some nice seat coverings for himself because it irritates his skin and feathers to sit on the default seats, especially when he has a lot of pin feathers going on. But, other than that, car rides don't really fascinate him, usually, since he flies faster. Will probably go silent depending on the location because he hasn't seen a place at this specific angle.

If you see neck pillows and blankets, that Leona's fault. He doesn't even need them but has them anyway in the car just because. Always gets the passenger's seat regardless of who get to the car first, on the account that he doesn't ask and just takes it. Even when completely covered up, Leona more zones out than actually naps. Always aware when the car is off.

Malleus is as Malleus does and is fascinated by the car. So fascinated that it's very easy to surprise him so when you activate the wind wipers, his wings just sprawl right open and bat you in shoulder. That being said, it's a rather enclosed space for someone of his wingspan, so he and Vil often get sore joints if in the seat for too long. Lilia you'll probably have to grab by the leg and drag his ass back inside the car because he will stick his head out the window.

And Jamil was disgruntled at first, but if you give him control over the radio, he'll vibe. He doesn't really like compressing his form into a human one, so the car rides must be kept short. And if the car ride must be long and there's no other option, then you better put those seats down and let him rest his long tail in the back. Not the most comfortable, but he'll be fine.

hi rose!! sadly i only have an answer for this for lukerosa because im constantly rotating them in my brain, HAHA, so theyre the only one ive thought about extensively for this. SO. off the top of my head, here are some conflicts i'd like to see between mc and luke even after theyve entered a relationship

mc's abandonment issues (which exist because of luke's 8 year disappearance) clashing with luke's necessary excursions due to out of town missions. mc doesnt want to be a "clingy girlfriend" and she knows that this is luke's job and she's accepted that, but sometimes her fears bubble up and it shows in over-worry or self worth issues. this would be worry that luke brushes off, because luke Never wants her to worry. plus, he can take care of himself, but this comes off as him being dismissive of her feelings and her reasoning. ARGUMENT ENSUES

luke's over protectiveness in general just existing. IT'S INSANE TO ME THAT THIS, WHICH WAS SUCH A KEY RECURRING CONFLICT IN THEIR RELATIONSHIP, JUST DISAPPEARED AFTER ANNIV 1. even now that theyre together, luke would still be over protective and mc has full rights to continue to be annoyed by that depending on the situation, but luke is also valid for wanting to protect her, who wouldnt want to protect the person they love? ARGUMENT ENSUES

luke continuing on with his NSB work despite his illness condition worsening. this is an issue of worry once again, but reverse, lukerosa is just so full of worry lkjBLKFBSDLKJFL. ARGUMENT ENSUES about how luke should take better care of himself but luke would also be completely valid wanting to continue with his work.

thats just some conflicts i can think of right now at this hour of 4:47am, but you get my point HAHA. lukerosa is very ripe for relationship troubles, and showcasing that would make for some very compelling stories, because theyd work through it and their relationship would become stronger and more nuanced because of it. this would make for such good stories: stories about trust, about perseverance, about how to work together as a couple, etc. i wish tot did this.

i think its very fun to consider the mc as another king like obviously not the same way as the devil kings but in two ways: one being that you are the descendant of the wise king, solomon, and what he had has been inherited by you, but also as in the mc having rule over a very small, but wholly devoted kingdom.

and by that i mean minhyeok.

sure it was a kids game, him swearing his loyalty to you and you ordaining him as your knight, but that kids game became his reality. he is your only subject but he will never leave you. whatever he can do to protect you, he'll jump to it in a heartbeat even if in the end it costs him his life. but a king cannot be a king with no one to rule, which is why when it was your turn to save him there was no hesitation to literally make a deal with the devil to keep him alive. and he will wait as long as it takes until you return and he can be by your side again
