Listen, as someone who does martial arts (kickbox), I find it really disappointing that no one EVER that I've seen gives batman a mouthguard. especially with the amount of times he's kicked in the face and leaves with teeth all intact (I know not always, but Bruce Wayne? With missing teeth?), like, he could really use one of these:
Plain adds more realism to him and would make more sense if he's trained in all he's trained, because most martial arts have those, in competitions and all too. And not just martial arts, also just sports where there are hard things that might hit you in the face.
