The preening moments in these Lucifer fics are immaculate✨. I love the strong intimacy of couples caring for each other, spoiling the other with attention and attentiveness.
Although, what if you gave Lucifer a back massage on top of preening his wings? And a shoulder massage? Fuck it, just a full-blown self-care day for the King of Hell.
You notice Lucifer has been more tense and stressed nowadays with his Royal duties and his new responsibilities with the hotel, so you dedicate a whole evening for him to be pampered from Heaven to Hell and back again.
Gigantic bathtub hot and ready for him, covered to the brim with bubbles and rubber duckies. Luci laughs when you call it a ‘bird bath’.
Put a facial mask and a hair tie on this man. His beauty is already impeccable, the mask is just for silliness and to complete the Spa Day aesthetic. He continues to smile nonetheless.
A glass of champagne, apple slices and caramel dip served to him as he soaks. Snacking is the only thing that is keeping him awake as you scrub in shampoo into his golden locks, your nails scratching his scalp just right.
Lucifer has to struggle to keep his groans and moans to a quiet minimum, but he can only contain himself so much. Your hands work so diligently and delicately against each feather and muscle on his back as you straddle his waist, him being faced down on his crimson bed. Your kiss against his neck while he was distracted by your palms pressed down in between his shoulder blades was sly.
I wonder what he would do as a thank you? or as payback
