So the two piece is an Aegon conquest to Jaehaerys dress it’s very Valyrian with lots of exposed skin flowing fabrics and lots of drapery, the second red dress is like Viserys-viserys the targs have assimilated partially with more coverage, no draping, and larger sleeves, the black dress is a post-Viserys II dress they have fully assimilated with a few aspects of valyria still there with the slim skirt, off the shoulder piece, and lack of an upper undergarment, but the full sleeves cape and general full coverage are very Westerosi, dragon imagery is obviously found throughout but there is also plenty of fire imagery with tiny gemstones sown into the fabrics to look like sparks
