the other day i posted here my idea for a sanuso au where usopp has a blog to talk about his feelings and fears, and how sanji, relating to that blog, starts talking thinking the author is his soulmate and a beautiful lady, but imagine. imagine they finally are meeting irl, and sanji finds usopp and he starts getting worried (what if i disappoint him? what if I'm not what she expected? what if she's such a beautiful lady and he will never be able to reach her?) and ends up going away (HE'S A COWARD!!!) but leaving usopp a message saying sorry (he's a gentleman after all) so. so. usopp thinks maybe he just isn't worthy. so he deletes his blog. 🥰

thinking if this should take a lusopp turn, a zosopp turn... or a sanuso turn...

thinking about usopp's feelings after water7, i keep remembering that scene during sabaody where luffy screams at him and the way he immediately apologizes. thinking about the way water 7 affected his relationship with the crew, and how he behaved around them. about the way he grow up, and how he learned not to hate his father, how he learned to just forgive everything. thinking about him being cautious of his words, of what he says, of him bottling up everything he feels because he's afraid of them hating him. he doesn't want to lose his family again

i believe usopp doesn't remember his birthday, because he isn't used to celebrate it, so every single year on his birthday he gets so scared when everyone is being extra nice to him because he thinks they're pranking him, and since luffy is the most unpredictable of them, he sees him and runs away so he never figures out it's his birthday until they bring his cake in, after some years they just give him the cake during breakfast so he notices sooner

sanuso au where usopp has a blog talking about his fears and his feelings and sanji is like "wow... i really relate to this" and then follows him and every time usopp posts something sanji reads and starts feeling a connection with that guy he had never seen thinking he must be a girl because the way he writes and draws is so mesmerizing it must be his soulmate because why else would they connect like this and idk my mind stops there (but yeah i will be writing about this soon!!!)

a strawhats cliche fic where they are attacked by a devil fruit user who makes you say the truth everytime you speak except it's sanuso and usopp talks for hours because he knows sanji is terrified of them learning his deepest thoughts so usopp protects him until he ends up saying how much he loves sanji and how stupid he is and he realizes he really can't stop so he just runs away

I'm writing a sanuso fanfic about sanji doubting usopp and it's angst!! i think it's nice exploring usopp's insecurities and reliving one of his biggest fears having to see other person he loves doesn't trust him and and then making usopp distancing himself (sorry about the typo !!)

Gray keeps getting this nightmare.

It's kind of weird, to be honest. He feels like he's getting a punishment from the heavens.

And maybe he deserves it.

He barely remembers how this kind of dreams followed him way before it happened. When he first met her.

He used to see her standing right next to Ul. Both smiling at him, and when he tried to approach them, they just disappeared in front of him, and he couldn't do anything to prevent it.

But those were just that, dreams. He would wake up and find her talking to Mirajane about any mission she found, or talking with Erza about something so private but yet so obvious.

He couldn't help but mourn that feeling of seeing her again after these dreams.

During that battle, her last battle, he felt terribly guilty. He couldn't do anything, he stood there, letting that stupid magic to control him. To hurt her.

It was too late when his fears were already the reality. Him being at fault. Him, who couldn't save anyone.

From then on, everything happened really fast. He rushed to her, hold her on his arms and begged. Begged for her to stay. For another chance.

The dreams didn't seem to stop. He would be forced to lose her again, and again, and again. Until she was nothing. Until she dissolved.

these days I've been pretty obsessed with Laufey's music, and I think some angst... with both promise and let you break my heart again would be awesome actually because they're both in search of love and can't seem to find it because they refuse to believe they deserve it and this affects their relationship... a lot

i have this idea for a sanuso fanfic about a curse related to dreams and Usopp's fantasies about Sanji reciprocating his feelings but I also want to write about Sanji and his (her) own feelings and how he has to accept new sides of him (her) and then...T_T

but like a soulmates world where they both have already a specific partner but then. they meet. and like they have to choose if they want to go against the destiny or whatever or just. give up
