With Lovestruck shutting down, I just wanted to say thank you. Aurora was the very first Voltage route I read (all the way back when GiL was a standalone app), and what led to me checking out Lovestruck and falling in love with the characters in it. Lovestruck has and will continue to be a very important thing to me, and something I'm going to continue to think about and cherish for a very long time to come, and it wouldn't have happened without you (and the rest of the team!) Thank you!

I'm so sorry I wasn't able to deliver her final season.

FWIW, the mysterious "friend" who was showing up with Stella in the cliffhanger was the MC from the "3 Tattoos" short (nicknamed "Keys" by Aurora, because computer keys). They were both in trouble with Toni Knight too, and the conflict was how Keys was being blackmailed/manipulated by Toni. The overall themes were going to be "blackmail, poker, Stella/Keys romantic tension, and Aurora and MC having a second wedding/redo their vows."

I unfortunately don't remember all the plot details so this MIGHT be a figment of my imagination but I think Stella was going to play in some tournament instead of her mother, passing on the torch, etc. At the very least I remember thinking about that being a cool thing we could add in.

Before Lovestruck ended I read Rorys last episode of season 8 one last time on the app. In all honesty, since season 10 never got to come out, I see season 9 as kind of a “bonus season”. I love season 9 but at the end of the day it left on a cliffhanger and felt unfinished since... it was. Whereas Season 8 was the last season for a long time and felt complete. I see season 9 as a “this is what the characters are up to after a couple years since Stella moved out. They’re all happy and safe!” Kind of thing. So I thought it was fitting to reread the “last” episode of Aurora before the app shut down. Rereading it, it felt like all the characters were saying goodbye, and that they were all gonna be okay.
