Hasan developing dad instincts very early on.

He's always had good reflexes when it came to taking care of you. Covering edges on tables and counters when you bend down to get something and almost hit your head on them. He always manages to catch and stabilize you when you stumble on stairs.

This just increased when you got pregnant. He somehow always knows when you were about to throw up, and be able to get you a bucket or bowl of some sort to puke in. He could tell when you got to uncomfortable and/or exhausted while standing and talking to my people, and he'd find a place for you to sit and rest for a bit without making it a huge scene.

However after the twins are born, he's reflexes are unheard of levels of insanity. He is truly in a perpetual state of catching pacifiers and blankets, before they can hit the ground. As they start crawling and walking he's is always ready to nosedive in the family room, because those two will absolutely tumble off of it. He has absolutely blocked peas from hitting you that the boys flung your way, he's just walking through the kitchen when he sees the pea in air and Hasan just sticks up his hand and stops the ones that would have hit you.

The twins absolutely convinces baby girl Piker to climb trees with them way before she's big enough to do so safely, and she gets stuck up there. Hasan walks through the backyard to ask the two of them a question, and doesn't see baby girl Piker at all. As soon as he starts to ask the boys where she is, she slips and falls out the tree. Hasan hears it and just barely manages to catch and break her fall.

Hi, everyone🩶

First off, I just want to say I’m so sorry. I didn’t think it’d come to this, but I truly don’t know what to do, and I’m honestly so stressed.

(Discussion below of financial situation, being disabled, school)

As I’ve been transparent from the start, I’m disabled and I’m also a university student. I talk about how much I value my academics, and I’ve spoken a bit about how excited I am for my degrees and the career opportunities that will come from it.

However, school is fucking expensive.

And the situation that my particular disability puts me in, I can’t work regular jobs (retail, food industry, etc. — I physically cannot do any of this) to be able to save up. I can only truly work in the career I’ve been learning and training for.

And the government only pays me $620 a month to live— which makes it very fucking difficult to save. I pay my bills, pay my groceries, pay the occasional medical bill. By the end of the month, I maybe have $100 to spare. I put it into a savings, but even then, with this amount that the government has given me to work with, it is so difficult to save.

I have scholarships, and that’s what I’ve been using to pay so far. However, because of my disability, my body cannot always handle a full-time class load. What I should’ve done was attempted to stick to full-time until my scholarships covered their end of the bargain, but feeling physically exhausted at the end of last semester, I registered this semester with 11 credits— 1 credit away from full-time. And a good chunk of my scholarships were pulled from me. And believe me, I put up a fight whenever it comes to things like this (Karens are scared of me because I’m scary but still respectful towards the human just doing their job🫡), so when I say there’s nothing more that I can do, I truly think that there’s nothing more that I can do. I’m not going to say I know there’s nothing more I can do because situations can always change, but as of right know, this current situation seems written in stone.

With all that being said, I can’t afford my summer or my fall classes. I have a little bit saved as much as I could, but I don’t have enough to hit my first payment. I’ll get dropped from my classes if I don’t meet the due dates. For this summer, I owe $1.5k by May 17th, $2k by June 6, and $1k by July 12th.

So what I’m asking is: ONLY if you have the means to do so, even if it’s truly $1, literally anything helps. To put it into perspective, if I made a dollar for every 1 note each of my stories have reached, I’d be able to pay my summer and fall semester. So when I say $1 help— truly. It helps. And if you’re not in a position to do this, sharing this information is also equally as helpful.
