A Day in Looc Pebble Beach🏖

Others dislike going to beach due to the sand, sunburns, and packing, and for many, going to the beach is a just a typical summer activity. But there is something more about a beach vacation that leaves us blissfully relaxed, happy and rejuvenated. It works for people across ages. From the freshness of a sunrise, the frolicking waves of the day, the self-awareness during a sunset or the calm during the night, the beach changes our mood and puts us in touch with your inner self. Some/us consider beach as our therapy and our happy place.

Surigao City is well known for its different tourist attraction/destinations, especially beaches, and most of those can be reach with affordable budget.

Looc Pebble Beach are one of those said destination, this beach is secluded, undeveloped cove lined with smooth pebbles and backed with lush, tropical forest and perfect for relaxation or bonding with friends and family.

How to get there:

Have to ride a Trycicle or Multicab to be able to get there, and we have two ways to reach Looc Pebble Beach;

1. We can directly reach Looc Pebble Beach if we will take the way to Lipata → Punta Bilar then Looc.

2. If we want to go to 300 steps, we must take the way to Ipil → Mabua then Mount Baragabon.

We chose the second way, and all the efforts that we have excerted are worth it upon reaching the top of the mountain because of the nice and breathtaking view of the place. A scenery that makes us feel contentment and make you breath fresh air. This place maybe hard to reach, although it needs sweat and energy but it is still worthy.

After that, we then went to Looc Pebble Beach and we can say that it is very perfect for relaxation because it is a peaceful place. We saw big rock formations which is perfect for taking pictures then rented a cottage near to it.

We played many games as what we have planned and enjoy the view, a perfect view created naturally, as well as the food that we brought. The sea water is very clear and calm that is also one of the reason why all of our sweats and efforts are worth it.

We have waited until the sunset came because we want to seize the day as we know that these kinds of moment will happen only one day, we will be more busier for the next days and will be more stress out due to different activities. We made every seconds worth a while and create memories every minute, a memories that will stay forever in our heart and mind and a memories that made our bond more stronger. This could be one of the best exploration that we will never ever forget.
