I'm just gonna get straight to the notes so I can head to bed :')
I really like the HC that Medic is trans, so I wanted to feature it here :] The fish are also a nod towards it as- If you don't know- lots of fish can change their gender for a few different reasons, and I can definitely imagine Medic one day being like "Well if fish can fucking do it, then so can I >:]"
Decided to make Medic taller than Heavy here, 'cause why the hell not.
This whole piece would probably just be it's own lil' AU, 'cause there wouldn't be a fitting time for them to meet when they were youngsters. Maybe an AU where Medic and Heavy end up moving to the US when they were both young, and that's how they meet instead (along with Spy, and maybe Engineer and Demoman). Idk lol.
