** A rant post**

I’ve been struggling with ana and mia for about 4 years now. Wow saying 4 years sounds crazy. My roughest times were 3-4 years ago. I’m in recovery but I look at myself from those times and miss that body. I remember what I did to get it but it doesn’t change the fact that I want it. I fast every year for Ramadan and I’m scared it’ll trigger it again. I like not eating it makes me feel good. I’ve tried to stick with recovery for my boyfriend. I’ve never told him my past problems but I feel like he knows. He hates when I skip meals or eat little. I love when I do and I know that’s bad but weirdly that’s the only thing that gives me joy again nowadays since I’m away at college and can’t see him. And with all that’s going on with my life. I need help but don’t know how to seek for it.

Does anyone else eat more than 500 calories one day and then just fast for two days so it won’t affect their weight.
