Yo empecé a hacer ejercicio en mi casa y después intenté meterme al gym pero la verdad todavía hay mucha crítica si no tienes el cuerpo perfecto cuando entras, mejor opté por salir a correr, yoga, etc Mucha suerte 🙌🏾
