truth be told, hunter’s mind hasn’t really been with his band. he needed to change that because he didn’t want his bandmates to think that he didn’t care to be in the band. life just took over hunter’s life so quickly with his relationship with sofia, the record shop, redoing the apartment, fixing what needed to be done and he was still helping his mom out with anything they needed at the house. he was spent but after the trip to los angeles, he felt more relaxed. he was ready to tackle whatever he need to do. he walked into the usual place where they practice and he quickly took notice of lj. the tall male walked over, slightly nudging her with his elbow. “hey, i noticed something is off,” he pressed his lips together. “do you want to talk? you know, i’m here for you.” // @ljhollidays​

LJ WASN’T EXACTLY PROUD OF THE FACT SHE HAD BEEN SKIPPING OUT ON SOME OF HER RESPONSIBILITIES AS OF LATE, but it also wasn’t like this was the first time something like this had happened. more relevantly, the band had been taking the back burner to mamma mia as of late, mamma mia took the back burner to work, and work took the back burner to two trips from NYC to LA. it was a never ending cycle of trying to find enough space on her grill of life obligations. today at least, she was able to squeeze in band practice. as she tuned up her bass, hunter, emotional backbone of monkey teeth nudged her and. . . asked how she was doing? lj probably looked just as confused as she felt. “huh?” it was often she had people checking in on her at seemingly random like hunter was, “yeah man, i’m all good. spread a little fuckin thin, but it’s all good.”
