"Oooooaahh!!!" the young prince jumped briefly excited to visit new lands and meet more kings. It was his goal to grow and learn, perhaps this nobleman would be able to introduce him to interesting people. All of that is something Boji was planning for the future, he wants to be a good king someday, and now on the road he is learning what is important.
"Yeah, sure!" Kage would reply in his stead setting himself on the nearest rock while pulling out a small pouch from his 'mouth' only to take out another sandwich for himself. "We ain't really going anywhere special so sure we will stick with you, mister!"
Boji offered a sheepish grin, bowing his head a bit to Hikari trying to apologize for his friend's bluntness. So for now he would take a generous bite from his sandwich while also taking a seat at the nearest rock.
"Ku? Nope never heard bout that one!" another direct reply from Kage as he and Boji looked at each other both young boys confused about this kingdom. Wow, the world was so much bigger than they thought! The little prince even hoped that maybe Hikari could share his stories with them!
"Ooaahh augh!" the boy stated huffing with confidence as he reached for his bag only to pull out a neatly wrapped sandwich offering it to Hikari. "Boji said he wanna share a meal with ya if ya share your stories with us!" Kage was quick to fill in mildly huffing still worried about his friend's generosity.
"Also...Boji is deaf and mute, that's why I'm helping him here!"

"Aaaooh!" he snickered a bit but was glad to see Dorshe had time to spend with him a bit! He was still a tad bit clumsy making these no matter how many times Queen Hiling tried to teach him to make it better. In return, Boji would place one on his head as well giving a thumbs up that he looked great!!

The moment that delicate crown landed on his head Boji couldn't help but let out a happy squeal! He enjoyed these sorts of activities and usually, he would do them when he was younger with his mother. Still, he pats the giant on his finger assuring him he was grateful for his gift!

Hikari knelt by the riverside, refilling his water flask. The king was on a diplomatic journey to one of the clans under his rule, though he had opted to travel alone for this one. It was unconventional, but Hikari had forgone an armed escort as a show of good faith, since relations with this clan were still... Tenuous, at best. Besides, few doubted the king's ability to defend himself, should the worst happen.
Hikari stood up as his water flask was full, but just as he did, the king noticed something peculiar... Or rather, someone. Hikari blinked once to make sure his eyes weren't playing tricks on him, but there was no mistaking it: just across the river, a young boy looked to be traveling across the desert on his own. "Excuse me! Are you lost?"

"Well yeah, but you are alone aint cha mister??? " Kage was always pretty brutally blunt about what he sees. There was no filter in the little shadow and despite his friend being so eager to befriend almost anyone they met, Kage had to be a bit more wary. Maybe it was still in his nature to always doubt people no matter how kind they might seem to be.
"Aaaouh ahhhh ooo!" Boji replied with a bright grin to Hikari taking in the noble appearance of this traveler, maybe he too was some kind of noble as well! "Boji says that we are on our way to find his new kingdom! Ahh, we are from Kingdom Bosse .... he is a prince ya see!"
Still, the shadow and il boy kept their eyes locked on the new person with different levels of curiosity. "What about cha mister? Ya ain't from Boji's kingdom...nor Underworld kingdom...where ya from?"

9 - Eileen is talking to Boji, but doesn't know the reason why he's so quiet yet.
Normally he is more than happy to meet new people and get to know them! However, this lady was a bit ....forward and he had trouble catching her words perfectly. So in a small attempt to ask her to slow down Boji would flail his lil hands and make his own sound. "Aaaooee!" when she would look at him he pointed to his ears, followed by a small head shake and awkward smile.
Hopefully, this would be enough for her to understand his unfortunate condition.

Already on the task to calm the fire down Boji stepped between his friend and the man across the river. Waving his little arms trying to lessen the tense air. "Aaaoo! Uhhhh aaahm!!" he spoke loudly giving both Kage and the man whose name was Hikari, a gentle smile.
"Eh? Ya think he is a traveler like us? Maybe he knows more? " of course Kage could understand what the little prince said, repeating to make sure he was correct, his misshapen eyes glared at the man.
"Ey im his best friend! And we are on an adventure!" Kage would scoff and at Boji's request, he would put his dagger away. Glad that danger was over Boji carefully jumped on the river rocks, followed by Kage, only to stand in front of Hikari offering his little hand and bright smile to shake. "Augh!!"

Despite his age and most of the time, Boji was still just like any child, full of life and energy, but in moments like these, he would try his best to be patient. Since well it seemed like this new masked person was pretty curious about his homeland!
And then the question about his father landed....the young boy hesitated which was obvious with the way his small fists clenched.
However, he would gradually sign back, slower than before. 'He died some time ago....' looking around the dirt road he spots a stick and quickly begins to doodle on the dusty road. He drew a giant-looking figure with a crown on its head and a smaller figure with a crown, both had weapons in their hands.
'I had to take care of him too... it's a long story' a small sigh escapes the boy's lips but he still offers a gentle smile to his potential new friend.
Somewhat relieved that the strangely masked person did understand little prince's condition, Boji offered that familiar patient bright smile. He knew that his condition was not as common and well, he could not blame people for not knowing how to approach him.
Still, no matter how poor the sign language was, it was still a much-appreciated effort on the other side!
So for now he will do his best to use simple signs in order not to overwhelm the masked funny stranger. 'It's alright! You are doing great! I'm 12 you see, call me Boji. What is your name friend?'

Oh! He was curious about what is someone like him doing this far! Well, yeah it was true that seeing young boys of his age traveling around the world like this was uncommon....and he did want to explain to the stranger but it might be a bit challenging like this. Offering a nervous chuckle young prince was about to make a step forward....until someone suddenly stopped him.
"Boji ! Ya gotta be careful who are ya bein friends with!" a voice spoke from the shadows or well the shadow itself spoke! With its spikey mouth sticking out up as the little shadow glared at the man across the river.
"Hey! Who are ya huh?! Are ya trying to rob my friend here or somethin??? " Kage asked ready to pull out a dagger if it's necessary to protect his best friend.
