So there’s a rumor circulating that Saks will still be releasing a limited edition Aurora doll this year! Rumors have a release date ranging from late November to early December.
I’ve also heard that the Saks Aurora is supposed to have a mixture of pink, blue, and purple in her dress design.

So here’s the sweet bby absolute ANGEL.
No idea why I’m so into her? Except maybe if I was a kid when Frozen came out I’d gravitate to her despite Elsa having my name, because Honeymaren looks like I did as a kid mostly because of the bangs & hair/eye/skin color.
Also when Frozen first came out I thought Elsa was gonna end up with Kristoff for some reason (y’know cuz all he did was neg Anna for the first half of the movie and his thing for ice) and until we see more of Honeymaren she does kinda read as female Kristoff. Like a little.
really like seeing the Northuldra aesthetic, especially on girls because they’re mainly who I collect.
I slipped Naveen’s pants on her and had green scrap fabric to wrap around the ends. I have some faux fur I want to add to her outfit to replace the printed details.
Maybe even embroider some details? I kinda want to snip the fringe off her belt and tie some fringe into it. Maybe paint details too? I’ll see how I feel about it tomorrow.

I finished rebeading the Ariel bra.
I really really wanted to do something creative even though now I only get four hours of sleep lol worth it
This isn’t exactly what I thought I’d end up with but I’m pleased with it. It’s hard to jazz up Ariel’s shells because most non ocean themed changes make the bra look like a Jasmine crop top. So these aren’t my dream shells for a 17in Ariel but at least this seems more special than the original cylinder beads. 
Still have the issue of the thread sticking out on one side because the glue was getting all over the place...but I need to get some sleep now. I’ll figure out how to snip that later

Finished styling this girl last week too! I’m not entirely sure if I’ll keep it like this- I really wanted her to have softer waves rather than curls, but her hair is layered to be longer in the front and shorter in the back- which looks fine when it’s curled like this, but blunt when the curls are relaxed so I’d have to relayer it entirely which would require me to remove at least an inch of length in the front and I’m not super comfortable with that lol
I went with something more simple than her stock hairstyle too, a little closer to her hair in the movie but not as fluffy in the front lol
She’s still naked because I haven’t ordered a clasp for her necklace yet but w/e

I can not get over how gorgeous she is!!!! And, as with Esmeralda, I still can’t believe she’s real even though she’s sitting right in front of me.
There are just so many amazing details, and that turquoise shine in her skirt was such an unexpected bonus. And that face!!! The sculpt is absolutely perfect! It took far too long for them to pay her proper attention, but they sure made up for it.

Do you know where the Ariel and Vanessa dolls will be sold ?
They will released on November 16th in the US and you can only get them at the Disney store or Disney store online until they sell out. After that you will most likely be able to find them on second hand websites such as eBay but they will be more expensive. Hope that helps :)

I’m pretty excited about these nicely jointed androgynous dolls by Mattel tho. I don’t really care for the head but such a nice concept. They just look like people no matter what they’re wearing and that’s pretty cool.
It’s more about the simplicity of every day clothes instead of glam. Might bore kids though...at least the clothes seem quality!
