ways to help with your depression:
do something you liked.
I know a big part of depression is losing interest in things you used to like, but that doesn’t mean you don’t still like them.
1) it gets you out of bed.
2) it’s something you once liked a lot, it might bring you a little joy to do it again.
3) give energy to get energy. ever noticed how you feel better after doing a HIIT workout? (maybe that’s a bad example, but trust me here.) the same applies with this. doing something you like raises your spirits at least a little.
4) the more you do it, the easier it gets to keep doing it.
give it a shot dudes, you’ve got nothing to lose here.
