Gained some weight and it was the catalyst. I finally realized I needed to cut the bs and stop making excuses to e@t. I haven’t actually tracked in so long. The only thing that is really helping me get back on track is the fact that every time I eat my stomach hurts so bad. Probably because of my less than perfect eating issues. Anyway, first day back to restriction and I feel awesome.
