Btw, the arm soreness after vaccination is a combination of the needle going into the muscle, the muscle fibers being slightly stretched by the injection of fluid between them, and then the inflammation of the immune system realizing something foreign is in the arm and getting ticked off about it (this is good, it's the beginning of your immune response!).

Doctors recommend you keep the arm moving to keep blood flowing which can help reduce soreness. Ice packs also help!

I just want to point of about this whole gillovny debate that not being in good terms with someone, doesn’t mean that you hate them. D&G were not in good terms at some point by force of circumstance because they both had a stressful life & job, not because they personally hated the other. Now what happened between them in their private life we are not to judge because we don’t know anything. Secondly, you can be friend with someone and don’t know half of their life !! I have friends that I love but there’s a lot that I don’t know about them (and they about me) because we never bothered talking about it and because since when do we have to know every detail of our friends life. So, the past is in the past, let’s move on and focus on the present and the beautiful relationship they have today. That’s all I wanted to say 🙂

Same here! I was just thinking about this yesterday and it occurred to me that I don’t even know where some of my friends were born. Cause it never came up. I do know other, way more intimate details about them though - and those are way more important. I know so many facts about my coworkers (not by choice, mind you) and yet, I don’t know *them* at all.

Let’s focus on the present ❤ and celebrate the fact that David and Gillian are friends.
