Stunned by the amount of people who still treat protesting like it's a fun little goofy thing. Saw an Instagram tutorial on how to make "spicy cocktails" of tomato paste and red dye to spray at fascist counter protestors. Like, legally that's assault. If you're going to assault someone to discourage behavior, you have a vested interest in making it fucking hurt and using actual pepper spray. You're putting kids with super soakers up against cops and fascists with real guns and someone is going to get shot.
