Momma & I played dress up this morning. She pulled out the tote with the winter clothes in it (sweaters, costumes, pajamas etc) to see if I could wear any of Lewie's things and to check sizes so she knows what size to get for me. In the bottom of the tote was this shirt, it belonged to my big sister Hallee, it says "I am THE grandchild" on it. Nurse Mollee: this is my Lewie pupdate! My patient is healing nicely thanks to his new antibiotics & pain medicine. After our scare Sunday with his internal stitch coming out and open incision, we've been cleaning his boo boo area everyday multiple times daily, and it's looking much better! He still has a small open area but it's not as bad as it was Sunday so I'm vewy happy wif dat. I'm taking notes, or should say, making momma take notes in case Dr Angie calls for my pupdate BOL! My patient is gaining more energy everyday but still doesn't have much of an appetite but not to worry I have enough for both of us BOL!
