When I was in seventh grade, I made a drawing that said "save the trees" and there were a bunch of truffula trees surrounding it. I gave it to my science teacher before I left for eighth grade.

A few days ago, I ran in to her and had a really good time!

Turns out that my drawing is still there, after all these years, hung up on her whiteboard

When I'm older, I've chosen to show my kids (if I even have any), my cousin's kids, and my friend's kids The Lorax. I want them to understand it. To learn the lessons behind it. I want them to have the same passion for it as I do.
