I volunteer at the kid's Sunday school which is fun the kids are great but I can't speak to them properly man 😭 a kid was sulking under the table and I asked why, she said that there was a monster, to which I replied on autopilot "I'll kill them"

I was talking to a friend, asking if they've ever experienced something I've been calling "night stupid", where, late in the evening, you're in the middle of working and suddenly (or, sometimes, gradually) you're unable to do things well--and stuff that usually makes sense stops making sense. Yanno...just a noticeable and frustrating down curve in your overall ability to preform the tasks you're working on.
and my friend responds, "Tired. Bees, you're feeling tired."

Today I accidentally knocked a monarch caterpillar off its leaf and it fell and immediately began oozing green liquid. I was devastated. I thought I'd killed it. Turns out they do that on purpose to defend against predators. Fooled by a fat little worm. Irrecoverable

Ok so I really want to learn how to draw.
However, my problem is Im talentless and I suck at sticking with things and give up after two minutes of not knowing how to start or what to draw. Not to mention I wasted money on art supplies thinking that spending money would encourage me to practice more. I am now talentless and broke.
SO, I’ve decided that tumblr will now be my accountability system. Every weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) I’ll post ANYthing I put on paper on tumblr. Whether it’s a sketch, doodle or even a simple drawing exercise I’m going to try and post it and hopefully record my progress. The goal is to start on the weekends and hopefully I’ll post more frequently as time goes on.
Now im sure no one cares but if you come across this post and you like yelling at random people on the internet then great! This is the post for you. If I miss a day or start slacking then please feel free to remind me, yell at me, chastise me or whatever. Also if you have any feedback back or constructive criticism PLEASE feel free to lmk, it would be greatly appreciated.
Better yet, join me! And not even with just art. If there’s a hobby you’ve been wanting to learn or get back into/refine your skills in then feel free to do this with me. You can post your own progress and if you’re not comfortable doing that then just use my posts as reminders or something to work on whatever you want to learn. We can encourage and hold each other accountable.
(P.s if you have any prompts or suggestions as to what I should draw lmk. We can even do themed weeks!)
