as soon as the words left his mouth, all motion in the lair stopped. leo stared at the tv screen, but he wasn’t paying attention to space heroes anymore. donnie and mikey froze, the air hockey puck drifting lazily across the board. and splinter, who had just left the dojo, stopped midstep.
