Is it difficult get get dressed or shower?
I swear it used to be easier but these last few months have been killer. I get winded tying my shoes which is new for me, and zipping up my pants is like an entire ordeal lol, I work from home 3 days out of the week so most of the time I just wear underwear and go shirtless, I only get dressed when I go into the office

What, how much do you eat/walk etc to gain 250 pounds in 4 years?
To give you an idea of my meal size. Breakfast was 5 eggs and 3 pieces of toast (drenched in butter obviously 馃槱馃槱). Followed by half a bag of chips. Lunch was a box of fettuccini noodles and a jar of Alfredo sauce. Followed up with half a container of ice cream and a bowl of cereal. Dinner was 4 burgers and like a few boxes of Mac and cheese and the rest of the bag of chips.
As far as walking I work from home 3 days a week and really don鈥檛 move a lot. I let my dog out but thats about it at home.
