Milano, May // November 2022 “Le paladine dei sogni” Workshop and Wallpainting X “Wish Mi” X @actionaiditalia curated by @collater.al In the past months I had the pleasure to work again with ActionAid Italia and with an incredibile spontaneous group of young girls and boys, guiding them in a travel inside their dreams, their fears, and their ideal perspective of city and society, reflecting about the context they’re from and have in common: Milano, and in particular Spaventa district @comune_milano Interesting, challenging themes and emotions emerged, a melting pot of abstract and concrete to explore, mix and orchestrate. Anger, desire, freedom, concern about climate change and absence of rain, censorship, from a side, and flowers, birds, animals, creatures and ladies, from the other side. The world of one met the world of the other and viceversa, creating one work all together, then painted in the wall in front of the Hub: “Le paladine dei Sogni”, a bizarre wood featuring and celebrating a vision of dream, fear, transformation.
