"I have a... delicate question, Tsunade." Sasuke said, looking at Tsunade. "...Would you mind showing me what you look like... without your transformation jutsu? Even if just for a minute? I have something that I wish to prove... to myself, at the very least."

She felt her heart in her throat, the pounding unbearable. While she knew the effects of her transformation jutsu and on the rare occasion was forced to drop it (whether she wanted to or not) Tsunade wasn’t prepared for this question.
Where her youthful looks would fall and reveal her truth.
The ringing in her ears matched the rest of the fear that was pumping in her body. What was there underneath? Nothing comparable to what she looked like now. Her looks rapidly aged, everything about her was worse then the elders of now looked. From dull hair to even duller skin.
Something, maybe, between a skeleton and walking zombie.
Lips curled up into a smile, one that failed to be sharp. Sasuke’s question was valid. Even if she wishes to strike back with something just as sensitive. “It’s not-” Voice trembling, unsure of how to go on. The taste of fear grew, even after she cleared her throat to try and vanish it as if it was just a pesky fly annoying her.
“You’ll be more surprised then I think you will realize.” Tsunade says shooting for honesty instead. Her eyes close. If he couldn’t accept her as is, even without her transformation jutsu, then that was just it. They would probably go back to being whatever they were before. “I’ll drop it for you a few conditions.”
“I don’t want to see your reaction. I’m going to keep my eyes closed. Well unless I get to curious about what you think.” She tried for a joke, feeling it land flat or maybe it was just her. “Second when you’re done… looking… please tell me.” Then she took a deep breath, tongue feeling like lead in her mouth “if you leave, slam a door or something so I know you’re gone.” ever word that came out felt heavy, voice dropping towards something like a whisper.
That’s what she was really scared of. Him leaving. Yet if it didn’t happen she wouldn’t blame him.
Eyes shut tightly she slowly count down. “Three… two… one…” and her transformation jutsu was gone.

She relaxed with a exhale. Reaching for her discarded towel that was on the bed that wrap around her frame. The cloth did helped only a little to cover her body but at least now she had something.
“You know most people knock before entering.” She was going to fight him this time, even if her fingers itch to. They were trying something different. “Just because you’re a damn shinobi doesn’t meant you can’t make a sound either.”

Smoke curls around her. A cigarette is held between her lips and she quickly feels the guilt swarms her stomach but the stress and anxiety slowly melt away.
It’s always hard with her conflicting feelings on smoking. The damage it does to her body but this vice is one she rarely allows herself to indulge in. Life doesn’t allow her to linger on the after effects though as she hears the door bang open.
She’ll go to great lengths to hide this one from almost all expect a few who know her well enough. The cigarette is snubbed out with a flash as if it was never lit in the first place.
Staying towards the open window her posture is ridged. “You know most people knock before entering my office.” Her voice is low, slightly mocking with hints of irritation.
The small of tobacco lingers in the air.
