as fun as that was, and i would never stop doing fun gift art for the world
its disheartening, and hurts, to try and get engagement from people. to struggle to get asks for weeks. and i know im not the most active blogger, but as soon as i offer free art, i get swamped with asks. where is that beforehand? i dont know what to say entirely, it just makes me depressed. the fact that people are so quick to jump on my ask memes but wont talk to me or this blog otherwise. i dont know what to do
I don’t want to tell anyone that it’s bad to ask for it, or that it’s bad to receive it. Because that’s not what I’m trying to say. But it just sucks to get low engagement and people only interact with you to receive art, often without giving you anything in some way. It’s fine if it happens sometimes, but it’s exhausting when it’s repeated. It makes you feel like people only want you for free gifts that you put time and effort into but won’t give you the same effort
I guess I’d just like to encourage everyone to send regular asks to each other, even if it’s on anon. That’s all I’d want to see not even just for myself but mostly for others

Maybe if people drew Khaos more often I wouldn’t have this problem
And as a blossoming new babe to the digimon world, I have a hard time narrowing down specifics. But I ran through The List and found some that at a glance fit Khaos’ vibes. There’s a lot that did just from looking. I’m more than open to suggestions

connectedspace mod here! (meme maker)
im a HUGE fan of gliscor and immediately latched onto yours. really perfect design, but i wanted to add my own flair. first i made them closer to canon gliscor for some flair. changed the cape to be a bit more round, added a red eyelash marking, and thought itd be fun to give the claws little eye looking marks
A lot of Valentine's less Gliscor-y look comes from a difficulty drawing Gliscor aha, so I don't think I was able to do your take on the design much justice, but it does look great! Really love the eyes on the hands, if I recall correctly I had actually considered something like that in the process of designing Valentine but elected not to for one reason or another. maybe I'll revisit that design element idea sometime because it looks really great in your take!

connectedspace mod popping in! i love seeing human characters, especially ocs. i put some more adaman into this gal, and i made the jacket more uniquely tailored. i thought pins along the strap would look cute, and i thought the hair being slightly up would be fun

connectedspace mod here! i've seen this absol before and so decided that i could really push a sort of royal aesthetic. i changed the style of the fur and the hair, and added more black highlights overall to really make it pop. for me, i want more red in the design. a deep red really boasts royalty, but also really goes well with the current palette. i splashed it all over to give a sort of threatening appearance. i also made the crown more threatening, like this is some sort of powerful pokemon you should respect
(This redesign slaps! Honestly, if I was going for a more intimidating Destino, the reds would definitely be in there! But, as we know, Destino is a smug bastard and only tries to be intimidating. They’re definitely a weak, expects everyone to do what they say kinda mon. Thank you for the redesign!)
