The Queen and the Moon II: To Bloom

'As the elden tale goes: There will come a time when the golden beam from the Moon will turn the crimson flowers to gold, as golden mist shimmered all around. "Moonlight Flower at full bloom" The only time that one will be able to climb to the Moon using the moonbeam itself.'

Argument:

To Bloom is the second part of the story called the Queen and the Moon. The first part, The Kingless Queen, tells about the adoration the Queen gave to the Moon, as she waited night by night inside the comforts and the security of the castle;– or should we say inside the prison, locked, not able to touch the Moon. Distance is the greatest obstacle, the Moon was aware of that. And so, the Moon stretches its beam as it gaze at the castle-the prison of the Queen.

Your shine caught my eyes

Though I do not know where you are

The distance from there to here–

Time it took just to bring:

Your light from there to here.

How is it that Stars–

From long ago–

Still comfort–

Us in the present

From light they presented:

"From long ago?"

Light that you brought

–under this dark sky

None will outshine

As I say this:

"If you were from 300 light years away, and you died from 200 years ago– you still shine– for a century more– and those– that bathed under your light– will shine– for millenia–"!
