By nature, it likes to stalk birds. It lowers its head and works its tail. It can extend its spine to raise its height by at least 2 sun. Its color allows it to disappear at night. I am convinced it is superior to all other cats.”

I actually did, after Ravi was killed. At least that's what we found out during Brainstorm's bogus journey through time.
Unfortunately/fortunately (?) all I managed to blow up was myself and Senator Ratbat.
Starscream is very glad he missed the whole Functionist universe kerfuffle.
He's pretty sure he would have snapped and tried to blow up the planet.

My conjunx is not a pillow princess. She doesn't just lie there, she's just very responsive in ways that allow me to have our way with her as I please. And I am also in her mind, where she's even more responsive, as well as her...everything else.

He cycles a vent. "Sanctuary is open to all as long as none of our residents has Filed Intent upon you. There are requirements to join the Collective, but you can't actually do that until you've lived there a while, unless you're a refugee. I'm interested in hearing your reasons, however."

Then he paused. Yes, he'd seen this mech before. Early in the years of the Earth's occupation, Starscream had found him frozen under the ice, and he'd almost joined the Decepticons. "You're Skyfire?"
"Yes, si- Soundwave." Skyfire responds, and winces just a little at the mention of Starscream. "Apologies if we met and I don't remember you-- I think I was still mostly frozen, if it was on Earth." And didn't that make him shudder, the brief sense-memory of deep, bitter cold...
He brings himself back to the present. "... I'd like to join Sanctuary. And... and the Decepticons, if it's permissible."

He doesn't have to worry about saying hi to them, as Tempo is the first one to tumble out. It's quickly followed by Treble, and then Bass... who is starting to show beastformer characteristics.
Utterly delighted, Soundwave offers hugs to all. "You're getting so big!" he exclaims, quietly startled by another difference between his world and theirs: in his own world, beastformers tend to differentiate into their 'alt' modes first, and sometimes even emerge that way. He and Ravage have mostly had kittens, and Howlback and Grimlock have a little dragon and a flock of baby saurians.
He'll never forget that day he met Treble outside. Soundwave of Kalis loves bitties. Their minds are bright and beautiful and growing.
