wanted to add to this! it is on the app, but i had trouble finding it too
go to your blog profile and hit the settings gear, scroll down to the "visibility" tab, hit it, and the setting to turn off third-party sharing will be there.
mobile tumblr is confusing for no reason
where do you find the setting to turn off ai'd hands getting to ur art??? i cannot find it for the life of meeee
When I tried to look for it on the app it didn’t appear it seems it’s only a change you can do from a computer. Go to your settings and on the right side of the settings it should show you a list with all your blogs (I have several of them so idk how it looks for people with only one) then click on your blog. Once there scroll down and by the end you will find it
This is what it says. Just click on it and done!
I’m sorry I can’t show more pics than this screenshot my tumblr is in Spanish and I feel that would make it more difficult than necessary…I hope this could help tho!

quick reminder to my followers to do this. they trying to snag your posts and art for ai bullshit. every second you don't flick this on is a another second they have access to your posts
you gotta manually flick this on and also do it separately for every blog you own, because there's no all blogs button
there's better posts about this out there detailing the issue more, but i currently don't got one on my dash so i decided to half ass my own

They are already selling data to midjourney, and it's very likely your work is already being used to train their models because you have to OPT OUT of this, not opt in. Very scummy of them to roll this out unannounced.
