What's with Benadryl? I understood it has diphenhydramine in the US unlike here in the UK. But Nytol (UK) has diphenhydramine and it helps to fall asleep. However, some people in the US use Benadryl to induce hallucinations. But how if they are already asleep? Or is it about inducing vivid and/or lucid dreams?
