i hate complaining and I'll delete this soon, mostly because i feel like regardless of the fact that people mean well, it's usually a turn-off for a lot of people to deal with someone talking about their mental health struggles on here without actually writing much
the truth is that i feel both so mentally and physically burnt out. my weight has increased a lot within almost the past two years because of my mental health struggles and also my chronic fatigue. which i didn't know I had at the time but now i do. it feels like my body constantly hurts and somedays all i have energy to do is sleep
i know part of getting better is making myself get up but especially with the physical job i work the only thing I want to do on my days off is sleep. and i should find another job yes, but i just got a car payment and i need to be able to pay it
next to that it feels so difficult to keep in contact with my friends right now because I only have the capacity to talk to one or two people regularly and i feel like most people wouldn't even notice if i wasn't here
