I wonder if anyone's ever asked him this before?
Part of me brainstorming for a longer version of Forgotten Face that I'm going to possibly try to write after the series wraps, if my focus holds and I'm not swept away by other projects by then.
I get the impression none of the other circus performers really engage with Caine unless they need his help for something. I do wonder if any ever tried, Ragatha seems like the type who might've, but ep 2 did kinda imply she mighta been more withdrawn at first.
So maybe the reader does, just a bit at first but that causes Caine to take more of a special interest in them which in turn makes them engage with him a bit more, possibly even inviting him to adventures. (I wonder what Caine would say if a performer asked him to accompany them on an adventure?)

Please pray and raise awareness for Cole Brings Plenty, a Lakota actor and student. He was found on april 5th. Whoever killed him also cut off his braids. This is such an awful and cruel act of violence, im having a hard time finding the words.
