Finally Ive found the Borderline representation in media we Borderlines deserve , Chloe Price:

in General upset if anyone implies Rachel blew town without her , scathing response back to Max for not staying in touch when she left town , and unhappy with her lot in life.

These are all quotes Chloe says or around Max about the closest people in her life , sometimes justified , sometimes not. Even the slightest desicion Max makes and is not in Chloes favour , often leads to Chloe repeatedly retreading of Maxs failure as a friend. she splits hard core , even blaming others for situations out of their control (blaming Joyce for William’s death, despite knowing it wasn’t her fault) and counting it among the times they’ve failed her as friends or family. She will often avoid any responsibility of damaged caused by herself and own presumptions about a persons attention when in her company (ex.Max, if she chooses answer Kate’s call)
my favourite aspect of Chloe is she often acklowedges her splitting tendencies
“I was a total cunt for blowing a fuse when you answered Kate’s call the other day . I’m sorry.”
Often in the game she will explode at you for not doing what she wanted to , and then later acknowledge that you were right , or justified , or it didnt really matter long term , she was thinking short term.
Impulsive and often self-destructive behaviors

Chloe: Maybe we shouldn’t leave without a gift.
Max: No, you are not taking the cozy chair.
Chloe: Max, do your powers include mind-reading? Or did you just rewind because I tried to steal the chair? S**t, I’m confused.

Chloe acklowedges by smoking she is self medicating , and encourages Max to be truant and break the rules , its implied David has bailed her out from the police on several occasions. She spends time with the likes of Frank and Nathan. She decides to dupe Nathan for cash despite it being really dangerous.
She listens to her bodies first impulses and is a bit of a hedonist , doing what feels right and feels good.
also in general how many times do you have to try and take a gun away from her , or stop her from trying to shoot someone with said gun.
Extreme emotional swings and Explosive anger

Max was her favourite person , and when you left Rachel was , with your return you both are expies of each other and her fps
