It's finally time to reveal my piece for @palimpsestzine!

This was the first zine I ever participated in and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. A group of amazing and lovely artists coming together for a great project <3

Magdalene Druckeryn is learning how to paint

Magdalene is covered in splotches of paint, as is Claus’s apron, and Claus has a paintbrush tucked behind his ear. On the wall next to them, a page of text has been tacked up with pins. Full linen cover in a nice greyish green which the camera can't really capture. Golden endband and golden embossing of the title. Measures roughly 19.5 cm by 13.5 cm.

It's a wonderfully made zine for the game Pentiment (which I have only played a third of..) and I highly recommend getting your own copy!

I love how in pentiment you can have the most vile, nasty, rude squabble with someone, and then the conversation ends with “May the lord bless you and protect you, Andreas maler” but you know they’re hoping an anvil falls out of an eighteenth story window and squishes you flat like in loony tunes
