Xiao was certain of two things: one, don’t eat yellow snow. Two, love is too complicated to distract yourself with. He abided strictly by his(mostly self-imposed)laws, staying on the sidelines of relationships, becoming the designated third wheel. He didn’t mind-Xiao was content to follow behind and pull into his head as his friends flitted about, loud and bright and everything he was not, a moth and a flame. Xiao didn’t go looking for relationships, and unlike snow, they didn’t fall from the sky. At least, that was what he had thought, what he had expected. And he certainly didn’t expect to be the one falling.
